Terms & conditions

• Your idea is disclosed to Tiny Love Ltd. ("Tiny Love") solely for the purpose of evaluation and use in connection with the possible formation of a business relationship between the parties.
• Tiny Love hereby undertakes not to disclose the idea and to use it only in connection with the purpose specified above, unless: (a) The idea is generally available to the public through no wrongful act of Tiny Love; (b) The idea was lawfully in Tiny Love’s possession prior to the time it was acquired from you; (c) The idea is required to be disclosed by court order or operation of law; (d) The idea is lawfully made available to Tiny Love by a third party without breach of a confidentiality obligation, or (e) The idea is independently developed by or for Tiny Love without use of or reference to your idea.
• You hereby represent and warrant that the idea belongs to you, that you did not copy it and that you have the right to disclose it to Tiny Love. Tiny Love shall not be liable to any third party in respect of the idea.
• No discussion or negotiation constitutes an offer by Tiny Love or on its behalf, or shall form the basis of any agreement or business relationship, except as expressly provided for in a definitive written agreement.
• Tiny Love thanks you for sharing your idea and it will contact you after reviewing it and in case it is relevant.
